My name is Lou Rinaldi. I’m a strategically-minded technologist focusing on process improvement and service refinement. In short, I’m a systems geek with an MBA.

The CFUG name dates back to 1996, and the acronym originally stood for Connecticut Free Unix Group; it was a successful F/OSS advocacy organization that I co-founded and ran until 2001. I never bothered to sell the domain, so here we are!
